Big Boyz Bail Bonds Supports Lipstick Bail Bonds

Big Boyz Bail Bonds came across a great video of a unique type of bail bonds service located in California known as Lipstick Bail Bonds. Our company is rather fond of a company like this because it brands itself apart from the rest of their competition.

Most people associate Bail Bonds with someone like "Dog the Bounty Hunter" and think of it as a predominantly male-run industry. This however is not the case, and you would be surprised to learn that many females work for not only Big Boyz Bail Bonds but in the industry as a whole.

What is great about Lipstick Bail Bonds in California is that it is completely ran and operated by females. And everything associated with their business is pink in color. From their offices to their cars, to even their hand-cuffs everything is pink. "Good Morning America" even did a story on this company so they have really caught the eyes of the general public.

We can relate to this company in the way we try to brand our company to the local Baltimore Maryland area. We are widely known for our infamous pink and yellow pens that appear all over town. You can even request our Big Boyz Pens for FREEon our website. In addition we pay people to promote our company on their vehicles to further get our name out to our surroundings.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds does not have any affiliation with Lipstick Bail Bonds in California but we wanted to share this company's tactics with our readers anyway because of their incredible uniqueness in this industry.

No Bail is too Big or too Far for Big Boyz Bail Bonds

Recently Big Boyz Bail Bonds in Baltimore was contacted in regards to a defendant that we previously bailed out a couple months before. The prior bonds we did for the defendant were $200,000.00 and $50,000.00 respectively for Anne Arundel County detention center. The charge was over a domestic dispute with a significant other and Big Boyz posted the bond with a mere 1% of the bond down.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds is a local Baltimore based bail bonds company but can service any County in Maryland with virtually no difficulties at all. This defendant found himself arrested this time all the way out at the Worcester County Detention Center in Snow Hill Maryland on a $250,000.00 bond. Because Big Boyz has agents all over the State, and all over the Country, we were able to post bond for this defendant securing his release within one hour of the person coming into our office to pay the bail.

Most other bail bonds companies are not set up to service an entire State, much less an entire Country. There are a lot of "ma and pa" bail bonds companies that can only post bails in one or two locations and that's it. Most of these bail companies work out of their car and off their cell-phone and do not even have an office location to be met in.

In our professional opinion, we would advise our clients to stay away from these types of bail bondsmen because most do not practice good business habits, and some don't even possess a Maryland State Property and Casualty Insurance license to post bails. We have heard countless horror stories from clients who try to pay their bail with some sketchy man and surprisingly their phone becomes disconnected after they pay him.

If you have run into a situation like this are unsure what to do, please give us a call and we will guide you on how to get the situation taken care of.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds Makes Sure Defendants Appear for Court

As has been mentioned many times before in our Maryland Bail Bonds Blog, the primary purpose of bail in the state of Maryland is to guarantee the defendants appearance in court. If a bail bondsman does not perform this duty then they are failing at their service to the state.

Something that can make it difficult to appear for court is if you have multiple violations in multiple jurisdictions. If you fall under this category it can be difficult to keep tabs on the dates and times of your multiple court dates. It is important as a defendant out on multiple bonds to stay in contact with their bail bondsman on a regular basis. Court dates are subject to change, and people are subject to move and never change their address with the courts. This is a recipe for disaster as bench warrants are inevitable in these circumstances.

Recently, Big Boyz Bail Bonds had a similar situation in that we had a client locked up in Baltimore County on four separate bonds. They were all for failing to appear in court and each charge had a different address location on his paperwork. In addition, each charge was for a different location. So the defendant was locked up in Baltimore County but was served on charges based out of Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Howard County. This defendant had a lot on his plate to say the least.

Since all of the bails were served on the defendant in the county we were able to post all four bails in the same location. Many people might think that since they were bailed out of one location, they will appear for court in that same location. This is not the case! The defendant will still get four court dates for four different locations.

When the defendant reported to our bail bonds office to sign paperwork for his bail we made sure to break this down for him so he fully understood the situation he was facing. We will also be calling him in the days leading up to each one of his court dates as a reminder. And as an additional service we would even provide transportation to court if he needed us in an emergenc

Big Boyz Lays out Cash for Defendant in Baltimore City

Recently Big Boyz Bail Bonds was contacted in regards to a $35,000 bond for a defendant locked up in Baltimore City Central Booking. This at first glance seemed like any other bail that Big Boyz has done in the past; nothing at all was out of the norm.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds went to the defendant's mother's house and completed paperwork and accepted 1% down on the Baltimore city bail bond. On two different occasions Big Boyz Bail Bonds called down to Baltimore Central Booking to verify the bail information. On both instances, detainee information told us the bond was $35,000 at 100% with no detainers. This means a bail bondsman can post the bail with no trouble.

cashbond.JPG

However, when our bail agent arrived at central booking to post the bail we were given different information. At this point central booking told us the bail had a cash stipulation. The cash stipulation said that the first $5,000 of the $35,000 bond had to be paid in cash only! No corporate surety (bail bondsman), and no property was allowed to be posted for the cash portion of the bond. As you can see from the diagram above the bond was initially $100,000 and was reduced to $35,000 at bail review. However, the judge at bail review added this cash stipulation in the bond to make it more difficult for the defendant to get released.

Without much hesitation, Big Boyz Bail Bonds decided to lay out the cash for the defendant. Big Boyz Bail Bonds put up $5,000 cash out of their own pockets to help release this defendant from custody. Most might be asking, is this legal? The answer is, yes. As long as we do not accept a fee for posting the cash portion of the bond there is no problem, and the courts make us sign an affidavit swearing to this fact.

Now how many of your "ma and pa" bail bonds companies are going to lay out $5,000 from their own pockets for one of their clients. Big Boyz Bail Bonds does this with no problem at all and are ready and willing to do it again and again for their clients. Baltimore city judges are simply trying to weed out our services because they don't believe in our purpose. So this blog post is not only an intriguing story, but says something interesting about what is happening in Baltimore City bail world.

Maryland Bounty Hunters Surround and Enter Home

Maryland Bounty Hunters like to have all possible exits covered before they plan on entering a house. If a fugitive hears something going on at the front door and tries to escape out the back or a side window they will be greeted by another fugitive recovery agent. In this video we can see that one Maryland Bounty Hunter has already gained entrance from the back door and allows his partner to enter in through the front.

For this specific target, the bounty hunters got a tip from people in the neighborhood that he always takes his kid to school in the morning around 8:30am. Other than that, the neighbors never really see him all that often. From this info, the bounty hunters arrived at the defendant's house early in the morning and waited for movement in the house.

Shortly after they arrived at the house a light turned on and they could see a person moving around inside the house. From this they were able to determine with almost absolute positivity that their target was inside. As you can see from the video, they gained entrance and found the defendant calmly sitting on his couch.

Rather than forcefully cuffing the defendant and taking him into custody, the bounty hunters calmly ask all the necessary questions that need to get answered. You can hear the bounty hunters inquiring about the girl that the defendant was going to originally take to school, and about anybody else that was present in the home. Most people believe bounty hunting is all about being rough and tough, but there are protocols and procedures a bounty hunter must take before taking brute physical action.

Bounty Hunters Apprehend Wanted Man in Baltimore County

Recently Big Boyz Bail Bonds handed one of their files to a team of bounty hunters to help locate a wanted man that failed to appear for court. This defendant forfeited on a $7,500 bond out of Baltimore County. When the defendant forfeited his bond the judge issued a $25,000 preset bond.

The bounty hunters understood, from researching the situation, that this was probably nothing more than confusion as to why the defendant missed his court date. In no way did the bounty hunters feel that this defendant was actually a flight risk. They figured this for a number reasons, most noticeably due to the fact that the defendant lived with his 10 children that he has to support.

As you can see from the video, the bounty hunters give the defendant an opportunity to use the phone and try and arrange posting his new preset bail of $25,000. This goes to show that not every case is a long chase or hunt, but a lot of cases are rather simple and straightforward and can be easily negotiated.

Once the bounty hunters apprehended the subject they took the defendant to a local Baltimore County Precinct to get processed. Shortly after this, the defendant was transferred to a district court commissioner in Essex and Big Boyz Bail Bonds was there to post his bond.

Big Boyz Bails Baltimore for 1% Down

Baltimore bail bonds company Big Boyz Bail Bonds is vastly known in the area for freeing inmates for just 1% down. This is a great feature for our clients because it allows families to save more money on something like a private attorney, and allow the defendant to finance his own freedom. If the defendant put himself in the predicament why should the family bailing them out have to pay the burden?

When most other bail bonds companies in Maryland are looking for anywhere from 3% to the full 10% fee up front, Big Boyz Bail Bonds has no problem doing any size bail for just 1% down. Big Boyz sets up easy payment plans so there is no added stress on your check book. You might be wondering how this is possible? Just ask anybody who has been locked up in Baltimore City Central Booking, or Baltimore County Detention Center and you will know its been done again and again.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds is the original 1% bail company so be careful of imitators. Now that we have been doing it for years there have been many bail companies trying to follow suit just so they get you to call them. But the fact of the matter is, they do not have the means to be able to spring inmates for 1% down. Bail Bondsmen in Maryland have a cost to do bails and most bondsmen in Maryland do not want to come out of pocket for anybody. So if you do not cover the companies cost to do the bail (at the least) the bondsmen will most likely not even consider posting your bond.

This is not the case for Big Boyz Bail Bonds as we are willing to post your bond at 1% down with no issues at all. This program is for qualified applicants so we ask all people who call us to inquire about posting bond at 1% down to ask what is needed. We are ready to answer your questions and needs 24/7. So contact us via the website or call us at 410-534-6070.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds Posts Bails Nationwide

Big Boyz Bail Bonds posts bail bonds anywhere in the country that accepts bails. Most bail bonds companies in Maryland are limited to only posting within the state. Big Boyz Bail Bonds has agents nationwide to spring your loved one to freedom. This service is beneficial for a number of reasons.

If you are from Maryland and are traveling to another State and get caught up in a bind, many bondsmen in that State will not post your bond. The reason they will not post the bond is because you would be considered a flight risk, as you would not be a stable resident of that area. That's not a problem for Big Boyz Bail Bonds as we have done bails for defendants as far away as Arizona, and most recently posted a bond of $250,000 in York County Prison in Pennsylvania.

Because Big Boyz has bail agents present in every state there is bail, your families living in Maryland don't have to worry about searching for bondsmen in other States wondering if they will even be able to help you at all. Of course doing these out of state bails can be a huge risk for our company, but Big Boyz is willing to take on this risk for their clients. Big Boyz is able to post these high risk bonds through the help of our Bail Bonds insurance company - Lexington National.

If you are in a situation where a family member or friend is incarcerated in another state and needs bail you should contact us via our Baltimore Maryland Bail Bonds website, or on the phone at 410-534-6070. These are generally not the easiest bails in the world to accomplish but we guarantee we will work to all of our capabilities to get the bail done for you. Our agents are standing by, Nationwide!
