Baltimore County Defendant Released on $25,000 bond via Out of State Signers.

This morning Big Boyz Bail Bonds of Baltimore Maryland executed a bond for a defendant locked up in the Baltimore County Detention Center. She was being held on a bond while having very little local support able and willing to secure her bond with a bail bonds company. The reason for her lack of support is because the defendant had only been living here in Maryland for a few years due to her employment.

The parents of this defendant were able to find us via our Maryland Bail Bonds website and contact us to inquire about getting their daughter released on bond. We explained to them that one of our specialties is posting bail bonds for defendants who have out of state signers. We specialize in this for the simple reason that so few other bail bondsmen in Maryland are willing and able to do a bail without someone local to sign for the bail.

We understand that people travel and move for various reasons and at any time or place one can get in a jam and get taken into police custody. We don't discriminate from doing bails for people that have out of state contacts. Certainly it makes the bond a little bit more difficult for us to do, and we are taking on additional risk, but we welcome the challenge.

If you or anyone you know is in need of a bail bond and doesn't have any family local in the Maryland area to help, do not hesitate to contact our 24 hour Bail Bonds Office. There is always someone available to speak to you and you will never listen to a recording.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds Posts Bond for Defendant held on Fugitive from Justice Charges

Recently we were contacted by Steve Silverman of the Maryland law firm, Silverman, Thompson, Slutkin & White in regards to posting bond for a defendant held in Baltimore City Central Booking. At first glance this would appear like a normal bond. However, we soon discovered that the defendant locked up in Baltimore City was being held on Fugitive from Justice Charge out of the state of Connecticut. To make matters more difficult for Big Boyz Bail Bonds is that the defendant himself was not from Maryland, he was actually from Texas!

Typically, when one is incarcerated on a Fugitive from Justice Charge they are held without bail until the state that has lawful claim to the defendant can come and pick him up and take him back to the state where the charge is for. This defendant was able to obtain a bond because his family hired superb Maryland Defense Attorney Steve Silverman to handle the fugitive case in Maryland. The purpose of a bail in this particular instance is to insure that the defendant will willfully turn himself into the state of Connecticut within 30 days. As you can imagine, it is quite a difficult task to persuade a Maryland Judge that a defendant from Texas will eventually turn himself into a completely different state. Therefore, the judge ended up issuing a $200,000 bond in the case.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds executed the bond within hours of being contacted by the family for the bond. It is safe to say that 99% of the bail bondsmen in Maryland would never even dream of touching a bail like this. The defendant has virtually no ties to the state of Maryland other then the fact he comes here for business from time to time. There is no doubt that our Maryland Bail Bonds company took a significant amount of risk in executing this bond.

To make matters more interesting is that when the defendant turns himself into Connecticut he will be issued another bail. We informed the family of our capabilities of posting bails nationwide. So when the defendant receives his bail in Connecticut we will be more than capable to spring the defendant on that charge as well. Stay tuned for a follow-up on this particular case.

No Bail is too Big or too Far for Big Boyz Bail Bonds

Recently Big Boyz Bail Bonds in Baltimore was contacted in regards to a defendant that we previously bailed out a couple months before. The prior bonds we did for the defendant were $200,000.00 and $50,000.00 respectively for Anne Arundel County detention center. The charge was over a domestic dispute with a significant other and Big Boyz posted the bond with a mere 1% of the bond down.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds is a local Baltimore based bail bonds company but can service any County in Maryland with virtually no difficulties at all. This defendant found himself arrested this time all the way out at the Worcester County Detention Center in Snow Hill Maryland on a $250,000.00 bond. Because Big Boyz has agents all over the State, and all over the Country, we were able to post bond for this defendant securing his release within one hour of the person coming into our office to pay the bail.

Most other bail bonds companies are not set up to service an entire State, much less an entire Country. There are a lot of "ma and pa" bail bonds companies that can only post bails in one or two locations and that's it. Most of these bail companies work out of their car and off their cell-phone and do not even have an office location to be met in.

In our professional opinion, we would advise our clients to stay away from these types of bail bondsmen because most do not practice good business habits, and some don't even possess a Maryland State Property and Casualty Insurance license to post bails. We have heard countless horror stories from clients who try to pay their bail with some sketchy man and surprisingly their phone becomes disconnected after they pay him.

If you have run into a situation like this are unsure what to do, please give us a call and we will guide you on how to get the situation taken care of.

Big Boyz Bails Baltimore for 1% Down

Baltimore bail bonds company Big Boyz Bail Bonds is vastly known in the area for freeing inmates for just 1% down. This is a great feature for our clients because it allows families to save more money on something like a private attorney, and allow the defendant to finance his own freedom. If the defendant put himself in the predicament why should the family bailing them out have to pay the burden?

When most other bail bonds companies in Maryland are looking for anywhere from 3% to the full 10% fee up front, Big Boyz Bail Bonds has no problem doing any size bail for just 1% down. Big Boyz sets up easy payment plans so there is no added stress on your check book. You might be wondering how this is possible? Just ask anybody who has been locked up in Baltimore City Central Booking, or Baltimore County Detention Center and you will know its been done again and again.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds is the original 1% bail company so be careful of imitators. Now that we have been doing it for years there have been many bail companies trying to follow suit just so they get you to call them. But the fact of the matter is, they do not have the means to be able to spring inmates for 1% down. Bail Bondsmen in Maryland have a cost to do bails and most bondsmen in Maryland do not want to come out of pocket for anybody. So if you do not cover the companies cost to do the bail (at the least) the bondsmen will most likely not even consider posting your bond.

This is not the case for Big Boyz Bail Bonds as we are willing to post your bond at 1% down with no issues at all. This program is for qualified applicants so we ask all people who call us to inquire about posting bond at 1% down to ask what is needed. We are ready to answer your questions and needs 24/7. So contact us via the website or call us at 410-534-6070.

Big Boyz Bail Bonds Posts Bails Nationwide

Big Boyz Bail Bonds posts bail bonds anywhere in the country that accepts bails. Most bail bonds companies in Maryland are limited to only posting within the state. Big Boyz Bail Bonds has agents nationwide to spring your loved one to freedom. This service is beneficial for a number of reasons.

If you are from Maryland and are traveling to another State and get caught up in a bind, many bondsmen in that State will not post your bond. The reason they will not post the bond is because you would be considered a flight risk, as you would not be a stable resident of that area. That's not a problem for Big Boyz Bail Bonds as we have done bails for defendants as far away as Arizona, and most recently posted a bond of $250,000 in York County Prison in Pennsylvania.

Because Big Boyz has bail agents present in every state there is bail, your families living in Maryland don't have to worry about searching for bondsmen in other States wondering if they will even be able to help you at all. Of course doing these out of state bails can be a huge risk for our company, but Big Boyz is willing to take on this risk for their clients. Big Boyz is able to post these high risk bonds through the help of our Bail Bonds insurance company - Lexington National.

If you are in a situation where a family member or friend is incarcerated in another state and needs bail you should contact us via our Baltimore Maryland Bail Bonds website, or on the phone at 410-534-6070. These are generally not the easiest bails in the world to accomplish but we guarantee we will work to all of our capabilities to get the bail done for you. Our agents are standing by, Nationwide!
